The American Pain and Sleep Center currently has contracts with the following Health Insurance Plans: Medicare and all Aetna health insurance plans including Aetna Medicare. As a courtesy to our current and future patients our office will bill all major medical insurances.

We do not accept any form of Medicaid, Molina or CareSource. 

For those with plans whom we are not in-network alternate arrangements may be made at our office.  Please call our office for more information.

For Sleep Apnea

Once a formal sleep study has been completed and a comprehensive exam has been performed by Dr. Austin the documentation will be submitted to your medical insurance carrier for pre-certification.  Many companies will reimburse for oral appliances if they are medically necessary.
